Some Myths / Wrong Opinion on Sports

Hi buddy JET-Z and Blogger! This time I want to share about some myth / fallacy about sports. Exercise is an excellent activity to maintain a healthy body if done routinely and regularly. But in some cases, there are a lot of fallacy in sports, what is it?

1. You have a maximum exercise when it feels pain.
Wrong. You do not need to get sick while exercising. Feeling ill at the time of the new movement was perfectly natural. But the pain with pain differently, lo. In order to succeed your exercise program, you do not need to force the muscles to ache. When that happens, you just have to stop.

2. Aerobic exercise is the best.
Wrong. Good exercise program is a balanced, so you need to also train the body's flexibility and stretching.

3. Your body will look muscular when doing muscle strengthening exercises.
Wrong. You do not need to worry. Women generally do not have enough testosterone that causes muscles form as it does in men.

4. You have to do strenuous exercise so that your exercise program successful.
Wrong. You do not need to force yourself to get the benefits of exercise. You just threatened overtrained if too eager to exercise. Moderate-intensity exercise, such as walking 5 miles per hour using the treadmill, it makes your body more fit.

5. The only healthy way to work out at the fitness center.
Not always. Movement of any kind. For healthy, you can do the dance, cycling, brisk walking, or lifting weights are not too heavy while watching television.

6. Abdominal exercises can shrink the stomach.
Wrong. Abdominal exercises such as sit-ups is important to strengthen the muscles and improve the shape of the abdomen. Muscle is muscle and fat is fat. How many sit-ups have been done does not mean that your abdominal muscles can be reduced. To reduce the fat, you also should consider the diet and reduce calories.

7. Aerobic exercise can help reduce weight permanently and can speed up metabolism.
Not entirely true. Metabolism is to be faster and grow while exercising, but only for a short time. But when you add a load when aerobics, exercise will burn calories in the muscles which means it provides benefits on metabolism for a rather long period of time.

8. Sports has always made the hungry.
Wrong. Intense exercise does increase the appetite. Exercise can also help you control your appetite, so you become more sensitive to what is perceived by the body. That way, you will be able to give your body just what it needs.

9. You can eat whatever you want original enough exercise.
Not true. When your body receives more calories than what is burned, the weight will increase. Good fitness rules including delicate balance between enough exercise and eating right.

10. Exercising makes you not sleep all night.
Wrong. When you exercise in the evening, it was indeed true. But if you exercise at a normal hour, then you will sleep better and make you more fresh in daily living activities.

11. With the added weight on the hands and ankles when doing jogging, you can perform muscle strengthening and aerobic exercises at the same time.
Wrong. Perform this exercise both at different times. At the very least, do aerobics first and then jogging. Do not be combined. When you do it at the same time, can reduce muscle tissue and cause problems in the muscles and joints.
